All joking aside, say what you will about Kanye West but this video for Runway is absolutely ridiculous…and genius. As musically creative, bemused and yes... annoying I find kanye, I am thoroughly glad that he continues to be his own muse and use his creative talent to put out interesting musical concepts such as this video/songs (along with the likes of Beyonce and Lady Gaga et al) We need musicians to carry on the Michal Jackson torch. The cinematography and visuals are stunning as are the overt imagery (Illuminati…the red hooded lil boy). He (and Hype Williams) gets my toast for this one. Crazy marketing for his album and Selita Ebanks looks gorgeous as a Phoenix...making me rethink my Halloween costume...if only I wasnt a bird last year.

I had to skip through some when I saw it was over a half hour. lol! But even to watch him perform on SNL was mindblowing, I mean WHO ELSE transforms the WHOLE STAGE.
OOPS! I totally should have put the warning that its 30 minutes long! Yes I saw and was just open mouthed at his performance on SNL. BANANAS!
